Head Start registration for APN families now under way
2013 enrollment for Head Start is beginning, and Allentown Promise Neighborhood has designated spots for children in our neighborhood.
Head Start is for 4 year olds that will be beginning kindergarten next year. It is provided for the full school year and every child goes for half a day.
Enrollment continues all summer long. So if you are a family in the neighborhood or know one with a small child, please remind them to sign up now!

In order to qualify for the program, you must:
- Have a child who will be 3 or 4 years of age by September 1, 2012 (must provide birth certificate)
- Meet Federal Poverty Guidelines (must provide proof of income)
- Live in the Allentown Promise Neighborhood (must provide proof of residency)
- Complete a Head Start Application
